Super hot vegan recipe of tonight!
- Rice noodles
- Soy (with gluten but no bad reactions from it this far. Hopefully I'll get my hands on gluten-free soy soon)
- Half a bag of mixed, frozen vegetables you might find at the super market (or why not enjoy fresh vegetables from you own garden if possible)
- Tabasco, pepper and other spices of choice
- Home made garlic sauce (garlic, olive oil, pepper and soyghurt)
Lightly heat the frozen vegetables in a saucepan - add tabasco and all of the spices of choice. While doing that pour some warm water over the noodles in another bowl so that they become soft - add them into the saucepan and let it cook. If it's not that much of liquid already, add some more oil. I never use water since in my opinion, the flavors disappear with the steam. Taste.
Serve with garlic sauce. I like my food super hot!
