Updates on fitness?

Atm I don't do anything to keep my body fit, only avoiding gluten. Nothing really happens, my muscles don't disappear and I'm not getting fat. Occasionally I do push-ups to keep my arms toned but no heavy lifting or running. I get all that at work. On the minus side - my back is killing me.
