Fitness journey updates

Not that much have happened. Haven't been drinking a lot of beer lately and therefor I haven't felt bloated. Long nights and yeah, a lot of music. Not that much of healthy eating but not that unhealthy either. On the plus side my skin have cleared up even more, on the down side - not much exercise besides walks.
By the way, a secret behind buying candy and still staying thin or whatever (sugar levels,  guilty feelings if you have any, your teeth or whatever makes you feel a little bit on the down side of eating candy), invite friends! They will eat the candy for you and you'll be the bestest of hosts :D

For the next month I'm thinking about taking some sort of detox. Doing it veganstyle. Quite excited about it and of course I'll keep you updated on it.
Some of the recipes here looks delish!
