Work out post
Summer's almost over and I'll soon get back to leading water rehab groups on Tuesdays and Wednesdays again. So, I bought myself a swimming card so I'd manage more than 20 seconds of jumping up and down without dying... Also for the last three weeks I've been running, weight lifting and swimming (once outdoors but it was scary with a zee fish swimming around, snapping at each other under water). Today was a little too much though.
