Update in health

Since I'm working so much I don't have time for working out...like always. But whatever. I've tried using virgin coconut oil instead of olive oil in my food and I think my skin is clearing up more and more. I recommend it if you like coconut flavor.
There'ss plenty of health benefits as well. But you have to google that yourself.
